Right of Withdrawal

1. Can I return the product I have received? Do I have the right to withdraw?

According to the regulation in the clause number (ğ) of the 2nd Article of the “Regulation on Distance Contracts” published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, the “Distanced delivery of daily consumption items such as food and beverage to the consumer’s residence or workplace within the framework of regular deliveries of the seller” There is no right of withdrawal in contracts. However, in accordance with our service policy, we give our valued customers the right to cancel your orders that have not been delivered to the cargo.

If you have a complaint about the products you have received, we kindly ask you to send your complaint to info@zenestetik.com within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Return conditions

The general return conditions for the product you have received are as follows;

You must submit your return request within 7 days of the delivery of your products and before the expiry date of the product.

You must submit the original invoice with the product you want to return.

Returns must be made with the original box / plate or packaging / label.

In addition to the returned products, the products that have been sent to you as a promotion must be returned.

Returns of products that have expired and whose fresh product characteristics are spoiled are not accepted.

3. When will the product I returned be refunded?

After your return is approved by Zenestetik.com; The refund of the orders paid by ‘Credit Card’ is made to the credit card. The reflection of your payment on your card may differ according to the processing times of the banks. Depending on your bank, the amount you have paid will be refunded to your card within a maximum of 10 business days. This process is completely dependent on your bank and our company does not have the right to interfere with your bank.
